Description: There was a C4.9 flare at (12:38, 12:51, 12:56) at AR 12146. Although it showed a weak propagating front, a much clearer one occurred about an after the flare peak. Based on the GOES higher-energy (0.5-4 A) X-ray channel there was a small flare around this LCPF, and the background subtracted 1-8 A flux was about a B6 level.
