In the leading polarity area of a decayed active region, a jet was driven probably by a mini filament eruption see as a dark feature in 304 A channel. A minor eruption followed in the trailing polarilty area (to the east), perhaps induced by the jet.

Two jets are seen, starting from the one on the right to the bigger one near the center of these images. Both show helical motions as well as brightening in 304 A channel in addition to 171 A and 211 A channels.

AR 12838 was ~25 degrees behind the limb when this eruption occurred. The associated long-duration flare was B5.7, but its true magnitude should have been much larger.

The northeastern part of AR 12824, a plage region, erupted first, resulting in a GOES C1.0 or C1.2 flare (depending on where to put the end time). Then a more localized C7.6 flare occurred in the southern part, producing EUV waves. It is not clear whether the first event triggered the second.
