As AR 12772 rotated toward the west limb, significant coronal rain was observed by an extended HOP 307 (IRIS only) run. Rain plasma can be seen to trace out otherwise invisible loops above the AR.

2020-08-20T06:21:41 --> 2020-08-20T06:56:33
A small flare in AR 12772. Interesting loops in Mg II are seen to "push" darker features out of their way.

2020-10-23T05:21:15 --> 2020-10-23T08:22:27
Another nice video about the marvelous prominence over solar limb. Its boundaries are clear and vertical from this viewpoint, making it like two or three ...huge..."trees" there!

2020-10-22T23:53:25 --> 2020-10-23T00:30:08
AR 12776 has been a target for IRIS and other solar observatories, under tracking from limb to limb. In this video, it has a small eruption nearby the leading sunspot. The ejections go into two opposite directions.

2020-10-21T17:29:16 --> 2020-10-21T20:02:07
A marvelous prominence extends high above the solar limb. Several small scale dynamic motions can be noticed in this relative steady structure.

2020-10-20T11:09:16 --> 2020-10-20T13:07:10
During an observation on a prominence above solar northeastern limb, some dense materials flow down along one leg of the prominence, Apparent swirling motion can be noticed in its another leg, at the later stage of the video.
