2018-01-26T00:00:09 --> 2018-01-28T00:00:09
A slowly appearing circlular-shaped cavity with dark filament material extending to its core. The gradual appearance with the absence of rapid motions suggests that the system is brought to visibility due to the solar rotation.

2018-01-23T00:00:09 --> 2018-01-26T00:00:09
A solar prominence seen in the northwest limb as dark strands that slowly darken and rise higher in the corona as the sun rotates. Note the appearance and disappearance of a dark circular-shaped cavity that appears gradually in the corona surrounding the prominence.

2018-01-21T21:40:09 --> 2018-01-22T11:40:09
A large trans-Equatorial coronal hole system extending from near the south polar coronal hole and stretching towards the northwest. It appears fragmented i.e. with non-uniform intensity along its length. Note the narrow width of this system.

2018-01-22T03:18:49 --> 2018-01-22T04:06:04
IRIS SJI 1400 filtergrams show post-CME loops in AR 12696. The slit is crossing the region.

2018-01-20T13:58:11 --> 2018-01-20T14:44:51
SJI images reveal a filament eruption in AR 12696. The slit is crossing the region ~10 minutes later.

2018-01-19T12:38:18 --> 2018-01-19T12:56:13
Filament eruption in AR 12696, resulting in a spreading ribbon. The slit does not cross the region.
Detected by Milan Gosic, Submitted at 2018-01-25T19:21:46
2018-01-19T01:00:33 --> 2018-01-19T01:14:40
Filament activation in the quiescent active reiogn 12696. The slit crosses the region.

2018-01-15T00:54:44 --> 2018-01-15T01:07:37
Small, elongated, transient brightening observed on the trailing edge of AR12694. Spectra shows intensification and broadening of C II 1335 lines, Si IV 1394/1403, and Mg II h/k consistent with UV Bursts. The absence of O IV 1401 emission suggests the event takes place in the lower atmosphere.
