2018-02-05T22:15:01 --> 2018-02-05T22:59:25
A brightening at one leg of the loop structure that outlined AR 12698, which already decayed into a spotless region. This was associated a weak wave (seen in difference images) to northwest with an opening too narrow to be classified as a global EUV wave.

2018-02-05T18:10:13 --> 2018-02-05T18:59:25
This flare occurred in AR 12699 as it developed. Multiple small-scale eruptions were seen, suggesting multiple footpoints and complex topology. Overall, this flare was not eruptive (no CME).

2018-02-04T22:30:01 --> 2018-02-05T02:00:01
Over a several-hour interval, the large-scale corona near a large filament changed, producing dimming regions. It is not clear whether this was a real eruption.

2018-02-04T17:30:01 --> 2018-02-04T23:00:01
Large-scale closed loops slowly rose and disappeared, most notably seen in 171 A images. There was no CME associated with this event.

2018-02-03T14:00:09 --> 2018-02-03T17:00:09
Some filament material was seen to move almost horizontally and to fall back causing brightening. This may have been part of an eruptive activity but there were no clear eruptions or CMEs around this time.

2018-02-02T09:00:09 --> 2018-02-02T09:39:45
There was a small jet-like eruption near the west limb. Around the same time, we note at least three other brightenings in the box, the eastmost one being just to the west of AR 12697 and appearing like a mini filament eruption.

2018-02-01T17:40:13 --> 2018-02-01T18:40:13
Minor brightenings with short-range jet-like activities. They occurred nearly simultaneously at locations separate by 65 degrees in latitude. They may have been just coincidental.

2018-01-31T02:25:13 --> 2018-01-31T03:00:01
Untwisting motions suggested in the cool material seemed to trigger the jet.

2018-01-30T17:15:01 --> 2018-01-30T18:00:37
This flare in AR 12697 looks like a confined eruption.

2018-01-30T08:15:01 --> 2018-01-30T10:01:01
There were two jets from the northeastern limb. They did not seem to be connected. Both of them were so diffuse that they were found only in difference images.

2018-01-29T19:00:09 --> 2018-01-29T22:30:09
A coronal structure slowly rose and disappeared. Untwisting motions were suggested. There was no connection to a CME. This was very diffuse and preferentially seen in 171 A images.

2018-01-28T14:25:13 --> 2018-01-28T15:31:13
The bright jet near the limb accompanied cool material as seen in 304 A images. East of this jet there was another one, a little larger, around the same time.

2018-02-03T05:49:47 --> 2018-02-03T06:39:38
This prominence forms a large arch and void underneath it. The void appears different from a prominence bubble that would otherwise have sharp top boundary. There are interesting flow patterns in the arch above the void. The previous obs of the same target showed similar features.

2018-02-02T16:59:41 --> 2018-02-02T17:49:32
Nice prominence on SE limb, with mass flows in wavy patterns, suggestive of Alfvenic/transverse waves in the prominence threads.

2018-02-02T07:05:42 --> 2018-02-02T08:08:16
A nice prominence on SE limb, with a brief episode of a puff shooting upward and caused some obvious swings in the neighboring material/coronal loops.\n\nSlit not on puff, but on prominence.

2018-02-01T10:07:43 --> 2018-02-01T10:48:50
A nice surge shooting toward the lower-left of the FOV from this otherwise very quiet AR 12697 in the SE quadrant of the Sun. It's accompanied by a minor two-ribbon flare, with ribbons on both sides of the AR filament which survived thru the surge/flare.

2018-01-31T04:54:31 --> 2018-01-31T05:43:00
This is a long filament stretching in the NE to SW direction in the NE quadrant of the disk, together with Hinode/SOT and XRT tracking the same target. It appears as faint horizontal threads in this Mg II movie, but clearly showing up in the Mg II raster movie (vs. wavelength).

2018-01-31T02:06:58 --> 2018-01-31T02:23:57
Seems a peacock tail i the northern part of this unnamed AR on NW quadrant of the disk.

2018-01-30T06:01:03 --> 2018-01-30T07:07:29
An interesting prominence on NE limb, at end of the long filament (channel). Some episodes of dynamic motions of the cool material is present, especially around 06:40 UT with some material popping up and then falling back down.

2018-01-09T07:40:09 --> 2018-01-10T12:30:09
a long-lasting filament eruption process was observed at the east limb. The filament had a slow raising before stoped for several hours at certain coronal height. It eventually erupted.
