2014-07-02T09:30:35 --> 2014-07-02T10:40:35
This is another big one. The region may be just behind the limb, since the associated flare ribbon is noted on the visible side.

2014-07-02T02:30:35 --> 2014-07-02T03:50:35
This is a big one, however, the adjecent corona seems to be hardly affected. Part of the eruption appears dark in 211 A images.

2014-07-01T07:25:11 --> 2014-07-01T08:25:11
Something like this was seen many times during 1-2 July. The origin was probably on the far side. Only big ones will be reported.

2014-07-01T23:00:03 --> 2014-07-01T23:58:03
The source region seems to be less than 20 degrees behind the limb. The prominence appears in emission in all of the 304, 211 and 171 channels.

2014-07-01T09:50:23 --> 2014-07-01T12:20:23
This movie contains two flares in AR 12106. The first one is C6.0 and it is characterized by a large-scale coronal propagating front (LCPF) and the second one, M1.4, by an eruption in the radial direction. The first flare may be considered to have set the stage for the main eruption.

2014-06-30T17:00:03 --> 2014-06-30T19:00:03
This eruption occurred in what used to be AR 12093. It started as the northern part opened up.

2014-06-30T16:40:11 --> 2014-06-30T17:56:11
This is from a sizable eruption from the backside. The source region may be ~30 degrees behind the limb.

2014-06-30T06:00:03 --> 2014-06-30T07:20:03
This eruption was responsible for a diffuse but fast CME observed by LASCO. No clear systematic pre-eruption activity is found, but based on the complex foot-point structure multiple small bipoles may have been involved.

2014-06-30T02:40:11 --> 2014-06-30T03:30:11
The eruption assumes a kink-like appearance as is often the case with failed eruptions. As expected, no CME is associated with this solar event.

2014-06-30T01:55:11 --> 2014-06-30T02:31:11
The jet itself is so diffuse that it can escape detection, but reconnection at the footpoints may be consistent with a jet model.

2014-06-22T19:20:03 --> 2014-06-22T21:00:03
Most of the chromospheric (304) material seems to drain back down following the surge.

Simultaneous events: 1. Filament activation in northwest limb 2. Puffing loops (eruption?) in northeast limb 3. Eruption in AR 12093
