2013-12-05T20:00:03 --> 2013-12-05T22:00:03
Persistent coronal rain in an arcade of large-scale loops on the SE limb, with episodic increases in the amount of condensation appearing at the apex the loop.

2013-12-05T20:00:03 --> 2013-12-06T00:00:03
A filament in the peripheral of an active region and next to a coronal hole to the north erupted, producing a two-ribbon flare; it's like associated with a CME and coronal EUV wave.

2013-12-05T20:00:03 --> 2013-12-06T00:00:03

2013-12-13T06:20:03 --> 2013-12-13T07:30:03
A tiny filament erupts in the quiet Sun, but next to an active region on the right-hand side of the image. Although I cannot track the erupting filament to great heights (possibly because it falls back?), there is clear signature of two-ribbon flaring on the disk and in the hot loops appearing in the 211 channel, like ordinary, moderate-sized filament eruptions.

2013-12-13T03:00:03 --> 2013-12-13T05:10:03
A small-scale flare in an active region on the southern hemisphere, producing ribbon brightenings; no clear signature of a CME or coronal wave associated with this flare.

2013-12-13T03:00:03 --> 2013-12-13T05:10:03
A surge on SE limb, with most material falling back.

2013-12-13T00:20:03 --> 2013-12-13T05:10:03
Two eruptions from the AR near the west limb took off, one toward to the NW followed by another one toward the SW.

2013-12-12T07:30:03 --> 2013-12-12T10:00:03
Eruption of transequatorial loops on the east limb, invovling some minor surges.

2013-12-12T00:00:03 --> 2013-12-12T04:00:03
Rolling prominence material on the west limb.

2013-12-12T17:00:03 --> 2013-12-12T23:30:03
Two polar-crown prominences erupt almost simultaneously across the solar disk, one on the west limb and the other on the east limb. The one on the west limb is more dramatic, while the east one has some prominence material falling back.

2013-12-12T02:30:03 --> 2013-12-12T12:30:03
Two eruptions occurred in the southern hemisphere, 1.5 hr apart in time. There seems to be a temporal connection, possible sympathetic eruptions like those studied by Schrijver and Title.

2013-12-11T00:00:03 --> 2013-12-12T00:00:03
A giant V-shaped coronal hole covering almost 1/4 of the visible disk is situated in the northern hemisphere, with its lower tip extending to the equator.

2013-12-11T00:00:03 --> 2013-12-11T08:00:03
A small-scale eruption from AR on the east limb, involving opening up of an inverted-Y geometry.

Movie

2013-12-11T00:00:03 --> 2013-12-11T03:50:03
A minor prominence eruption on NE limb, likely from behind the limb.

2013-12-11T05:30:03 --> 2013-12-11T08:30:03
A filament eruption near the SE limb, exhibiting unwinding twists.

2013-11-25T13:00:03 --> 2013-11-25T21:00:03
The filament is not outstanding before the activation. Although images in 304 A emphasize downward motions, some of the prominence material may have erupted. There is a marginal CME with its western leg corresponding to the western end of the filament.

2013-11-24T07:40:11 --> 2013-11-24T09:40:11
A limited portion of the coronal volume is seen to dim, most pronouncedly in 193 A images, as a disturbance sweeps it westward. The nature of the disturbance is TBD.

2013-11-25T10:45:35 --> 2013-11-25T12:45:35
The large-scale corona is seen to be pushed northeastward, while the southern end with more straight structures (perhaps a closed-open boundary) is also affected. Indeed, this signals a CME, although it is not clear for now whether the activity comes from the visible side.

2013-11-25T17:00:35 --> 2013-11-25T19:00:35
One last time to see the repeated pattern. After this one, the filament further from the limb seems to be more turbulent.
