2013-04-08T12:50:03 --> 2013-04-08T15:00:03
A filament connecting different ARs destablizes and results in a confined filament eruption. There seems to be material exchange between the magnetic concentrations that form the three corners of this triangular complex.

2013-04-03T19:00:03 --> 2013-04-04T12:00:03
A reasonably long filament to the east of AR11704 [which is rotating off disk] activates. Due to the presence of high overarching magnetic field presumably, most of the filament material does not escape and appears to flow back toward the sun.

2013-04-02T03:35:03 --> 2013-04-02T14:50:03
Coronal loops which connect an AR to a distant diffuse feeld to the North make a nice sandclock-like shape.

2013-04-01T23:55:03 --> 2013-04-02T04:10:03
A large-scale transient dimming as a result of a minor eruption on the disk (if not the S part of the ROI, it might even be considered a wave).

2013-04-02T12:05:03 --> 2013-04-02T13:50:03
A small rapid eruption on the SE limb.

2013-03-30T17:20:03 --> 2013-03-30T18:10:03
Prominence/filament material hovering in the solar corona oscillates in response to a nearby impulsive surge.

2013-03-31T20:55:03 --> 2013-04-01T00:30:03
The only reason I'm annotating this minor eruption on the SW limb is that there are several larger scale almost contemporary eruptions in other parts of the disk and limb.

2013-03-31T20:30:03 --> 2013-03-31T23:30:03
The first eruption in the sequence of April 1st eruptions. This might even be an incomplete eruption and the flux rope is small. There is, however, a substantial brightening at the loop tops in 304A.

2013-03-31T23:15:03 --> 2013-04-01T04:50:03
A rather unremarkable small prominence eruption at the South limb.

2013-03-31T21:05:03 --> 2013-04-01T05:20:03
This is a partial eruption of a large filament close to the North pole. The part of it which is clse to the disk rapidly attempts to erupt, but stops on the corona and falls back to the surface. The latter is associated with flows in the rest of the filament as well as the footpoint brightening (211A, not shown here).

2013-03-31T00:00:03 --> 2013-04-01T00:00:03
The growth of this dipole is more evident in 171A rather than in the magnetograms.

2013-03-26T06:00:03 --> 2013-03-28T00:00:03
Over the course of several days, new flux emerges, its loops expand, and then the loops are observed to interact with neighboring flux systems. The most obvious interaction occurs with an active region that is some distance away to the northeast, instead of the more neighborly month-old regions to the immediate south.

2013-03-26T06:00:03 --> 2013-03-26T18:00:03
A short filament associated with a small [unnumbered] active region first activates before erupting hours later. The activation includes several spells where helical, twisting, or untwisting motions are apparent.

2013-03-24T16:08:03 --> 2013-03-24T23:48:03
Quiet-Sun filament eruption, with ribbons and post-eruption arcade, including coronal changes towards the north at the edge of what appears to be a small coronal hole.

2013-03-24T07:08:03 --> 2013-03-24T14:36:03
A quiet-sun filament activates and rises, to flow down again to a region just north of disk center, where the downflowing plasma is associated with 171A emission.

2013-03-23T04:32:03 --> 2013-03-23T21:00:03
Over-the-limb eruption, but with an eclipse during the central part.

2013-03-22T03:16:07 --> 2013-03-22T06:20:07
Filament eruption from a small bipolar region, with post-eruption arcade, a coronal propagating front (northward) and potentially a sympathetic eruption at the northern edge of the box outlining the event.

2013-03-21T19:45:35 --> 2013-03-21T21:45:35
Two episodes of prominence activity are captured. The southern episode likely to accompany less material escaping into the heliosphere than the northern episode.
