2011-12-29T13:00:04 --> 2011-12-29T14:59:28
This flare may cloud an attempt to explain all flares in terms of the so-called standard 2d reconnection model.

2011-12-22T01:45:00 --> 2011-12-22T03:00:00
The wave propagates mostly to north, and appears to be trapped by other active regions across the equator. The associated flare was C5.4.

2011-12-26T20:00:04 --> 2011-12-26T21:15:04
This region, AR 11387, has produced EUV waves around the times of M4.0 (25-Dec-2011 18:11), C7.7 (25-Dec-2011 20:23), and M1.5 (26-Dec-2011 02:13) flares. Now the flare magnitude is M2.3 (double peaked), but the eruptive behavior does not quite reach out.

2011-12-26T02:00:04 --> 2011-12-26T03:15:04
This wave accompanied the CME that looked quite similar to the one associated with the M4.0 flare about 8 hours before. The flares in AR 11387 associated with EUV waves were of short duration.

2011-12-26T11:00:04 --> 2011-12-26T12:30:04
This may be called a wave by some. Indeed, at 171 A, fast recurrent pulses are clearly seen, which probably represent waves. However, is the propagation front really a wave as an EIT equivalent would have been labeled?

2011-12-25T20:00:04 --> 2011-12-25T21:30:04
Another EUV wave from AR 11387. Reflecting the magnitude of the associated flare (C7.7), this wave was not as spectacular as the previous one associated with a M4.0 flare. The propagation was centered in the north to east queadrant.

2011-12-25T17:50:24 --> 2011-12-25T19:20:24
This wave accompanied a bright CME, which does not seem to be very fast. The associated flare was quite impulsive and was M4.0.
