Description: An on-disk filament (dark feature) is seen to extend past the solar limb as the sun rotates, essentially becoming a "prominence" (term used for filaments when they are appear to protrude past the solar limb). The filament/prominence is seen along its axis, making it appear as a radial structure. Note the swaying motions of the filament.
