Description: Due to a misunderstanding over pointing, this raster missed the active region and covered mostly quiet sun, with SJI capturing plage to the west. Fortuitously, the rasters neatly captured nearly the complete life cycle of a small bright point, from just after emergence of its bipole to the point where the poles become separated enough to reconnect into preexisting background field.
