2016-05-25T11:09:49 --> 2016-05-25T12:22:17
Very clear penumbra running waves, almost planar (not circular) in shape, possibly due to the near west limb location. The waves show asymmetric distribution around the sunspot, only visible traveling west (not east).\n\nIn the lower-right corner of FOV, there were loop brightenings, possibly due to a small flare, but the slit was not on these loops.\n\nThere are also quite many brightenings under the slit, especially in the northern portion (penumbra micro-jets?).

2016-06-11T22:10:05 --> 2016-06-11T22:52:51
Erupting prominence close to AR 12553 at the east limb.

2016-06-07T22:00:06 --> 2016-06-08T22:00:06
This looks like a post eruption arcade and can be a manifestation of slow but major restructuring in the southen hemisphere on the backside as indicated by STEREO-A EUVI images.

2016-06-09T17:50:22 --> 2016-06-09T19:30:22
A compact ejecta was seen first in absorption then in emission as if it swam through coronal structures finally toward the equator. It is not clear that this had to do with activities in the prominences to north and south.

2016-06-08T10:40:10 --> 2016-06-08T13:40:10
Apart from the weak on-disk activity, it is hard to see this eruption in intensity images. Large loop structures are seen to move off the limb twice.

2016-06-08T04:00:06 --> 2016-06-08T04:50:06
This one, in the direction of ~1 o'clock is weaker than the previous one at 7 June 2016 16:40. The legs were probably occulted by the limb. Interestingly, another more diffuse jet is also seen in the direction of ~11:40.

2016-06-07T16:35:22 --> 2016-06-07T17:35:22
Multiple bipoles seem to be involved in reconnection that drove the jet.

2016-06-07T05:55:10 --> 2016-06-07T06:55:10
This is a clear coronal wave. The propagation is limited to eastern sectors.

2016-06-06T07:00:06 --> 2016-06-06T08:30:06
This is too diffuse to be noted in intensity images. The eruption appears non-radial or gets deflected.

2016-06-05T06:40:10 --> 2016-06-05T12:00:10
This is a slow eruption accompanying dimming and the formation of post eruption arcade.

2016-06-04T23:25:10 --> 2016-06-05T00:45:10
This may trace long closed structures triggerd by minor flux emergence.

2016-06-04T01:25:10 --> 2016-06-04T02:55:10
The footpoint seems to be occulted. There is almost no impact on the adjacent corona by this ejection.

2016-05-24T04:38:50 --> 2016-05-24T05:25:57
A prominence eruption was partially covered in IRIS FOV. Mg II k/h spectra showed opposite Doppler velocities at different locations on the slit, suggestive of unwinding helical motions (as seen in SJI movies to some extent).

2016-04-02T22:13:38 --> 2016-04-02T22:23:28
Very dynamic small loops (likely cool, i.e., not reaching temperatures much higher than transition region temperatures) caught by this large raster. The slit is oriented along the loop length.

2016-03-31T15:02:44 --> 2016-03-31T15:25:27
Small jet is observed. It looks like it is a "failed" jet and the plasma falls back at the other loop footpoint. The slit covers the base of the jet in its later phases.

2016-03-31T14:51:04 --> 2016-03-31T15:05:48

2016-03-31T06:58:18 --> 2016-03-31T07:07:21
An interesting eruption is observed in the AR (later number AR 12528)

2016-04-03T00:42:05 --> 2016-04-03T02:54:25
Interesting dynamics of prominence material and coronal rain observed in both SJI and spectral data. Some coronal rain is likely present, as well as possibly a prominence bubble.

2016-04-04T06:50:11 --> 2016-04-04T07:55:00
This IRIS sit-and-stare observations shows very interesting dynamics of the prominence material across the length of the prominence. The spectra show very interesting dynamics, especially in MgII emission on the southern end of the prominence.
